Iced Chemex
24g coffee – a little finer than usual for filter coffee
Brew ratio 1:15
160g ice cream (45%)
200 ml hot H2O approx. 91-93°C (55%)
Rinse the filter with hot water,
Add ice, put the filter back on, bloom the coffee with 2-3 times the amount of water for about 45 seconds, then add the remaining water.
Served on ice and/or with cold foamed milk

Pour double espresso directly over a large ice cube

Shake double espresso with ice and a small spoon of sugar in a shaker and enjoy immediately cold

Cold Brew & Tonic – The super fresh
4 cl Herr Werner Cold Brew coffee liqueur
12 cl Premium Tonic Water (extra) dry
Fill a glass with plenty of ice.
Pour the coffee liqueur and tonic into the glass.
A fruity slice of organic orange provides a kick of freshness.

White Russian – As a great digestif
5 cl O Vodka
3cl Herr Werner Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur
3cl organic milk
3cl organic cream
Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice.
Then strain into a tumbler over fresh ice.
Sprinkle with cocoa powder and enjoy.
Tip! For particularly hot days:
Leave out the cream and milk and you have a strong aperitif.

4 cl O Vodka
3cl Herr Werner Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur
5 cl organic apple-raspberry juice
Place all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
Strain over ice and garnish with basil and apple slices.
